The app does not act as a device launcher and does not replace your home screen.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
4. Data Processing and Storage
Media files selected by the user are generally processed on the device for playback. CineNest Player does not need to upload your personal media files to a server in order to play them unless a separate online feature clearly requires network access and you choose to use that feature.
Playback history, recent items, preferences, and custom settings may be stored locally on your device until you clear app data, delete the relevant content, reset settings, or uninstall the app. If third-party services such as analytics, advertising, or crash reporting are included, those providers may retain limited technical data according to their own retention policies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the app. Any transmission of data to service providers, if used, should be protected with modern security measures such as HTTPS.

You can control app permissions through your device settings. You may stop app data processing by uninstalling CineNest Player.
You can delete locally stored app data, including playback preferences, recent items, and settings, by clearing the app data in your device settings or uninstalling the app. If you contact us about a privacy request, please use the email address listed below and include enough information for us to understand your request.
If the app does not provide account creation, account deletion is not required because no app account is created by CineNest Player. If account features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated with account deletion instructions.
7. Children's Privacy
CineNest Player is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
